Upcoming Tours of Our 40-Acre Nature Conservancy

Slate School is a leader in environmental stewardship, and we created and maintain our school grounds as a nature conservancy. We have an upcoming Tour of our Nature Conservancy that is free and open to the public.

The tour will meander through a native stand of white pines, across dry and wet meadows, around a pond, and hug the woodland border. We will share the various ecosystems found throughout our conservation land and share the ways in which our students and faculty care for and interact with these spaces.
