Important Dates

Feb 15, 2025: If you would like to apply for financial aid, please be sure to submit a new FACTS Grant & Aid financial aid application by February 15th with updated financial information. Please note that February 15th is the firm deadline, and we will not be able to consider financial aid applications submitted after this deadline. The January 1-December 31, 2024, federal tax returns are required as part of your financial aid application. Please be sure to file your 2025 federal tax returns as early as possible so that you have the documentation needed to complete the FACTS Grant & Aid financial aid application by the February 15th deadline. 

Opportunities for Participation

Grove Volunteers: Help reshelve books in Grove. Please contact Alison Smith at 203-872-5900 or asmith@slateschool.org to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

Project Volunteers: Help in classroom during Project time. Please contact Alison Smith at 203-872-5900 or asmith@slateschool.org to express interest.

Book and Discussion Club for Parents: Let us read and discuss books that inspire us. Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer will be discussed on Monday,  January 13 at 6:00pm. (In person and virtual)
